Loyalty Program Terms

- Customers must join the program before they can start earning points.
- Points can only be earned by registered and logged-in users.
- The daily streak reward is available only for logged-in users.
- Daily visit points are awarded only when visits occur on consecutive days.
- Invite Friends rewards can only be claimed by first-time customers.


- Reward points for purchases are credited only when the order status is fulfilled.
- Social media follow rewards can be earned once per account.
- Google review rewards can be earned once and will be manually approved once the review is public and has a rating of 4 stars or higher.

- Gift cards are excluded from earning reward points.
All other products are eligible to earn points, including already discounted items and products listed on the Discount Code Exclusions page.

- Coupons generated from point exchanges cannot be combined with other coupons, are not valid on already discounted items, and do not apply to products listed on our Discount Code Exclusions page.
- Coupons generated through point exchanges are valid for 48 hours from the date of creation.
- Points expire after 6 months of inactivity (no actions to earn additional points were performed on the account).
- Reward points will be deducted in case of a product refund.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
